Refund policy

At The Greyscale Store, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, our 7-day return policy makes it simple to request a return or refund.


1. Return Window

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • After 7 days, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Products must include all original packaging and accessories (if applicable).

  • Sale or final clearance items may not be eligible for return (check product description).


3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at orders@thegreyscalestore.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide instructions for returning the item.

  3. Ship the item back to us using a tracked shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.


4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs (original purchase) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.


5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for size or color replacements, subject to availability.

  • Contact us within 7 days to arrange an exchange and follow the return process above.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately at orders@thegreyscalestore.com

  • We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
